Agricultural products
Agriculture is the practice of cultivating plants and livestock. Agriculture was the key development in the rise of sedentary human civilization, whereby farming of domesticated species created food surpluses that enabled people to live in cities. The history of agriculture began thousands of years ago. After gathering wild grains beginning at least 105,000 years ago, nascent farmers began to plant them around 11,500 years ago. Pigs, sheep, and cattle were domesticated over 10,000 years ago. Plants were independently cultivated in at least 11 regions of the world. Industrial agriculture based on large-scale monoculture in the twentieth century came to dominate agricultural output, though about 2 billion people still depended on subsistence agriculture. Modern agronomy, plant breeding, agrochemicals such as pesticides and fertilizers, and technological developments have sharply increased crop yields, while causing widespread ecological and environmental damage. Agricultural products are principal components of the human dietary pyramid and provide nutrients and vitamins on a daily basis. The continuous increase of global population and consumer's demand for health, pathogen-free food products, has increased the concern toward the implementation of technologies that minimize the incidents of foodborne illnesses associated with agricultural commodities. As such, several green methods have been sought by research our teams in order to control the spoilage of agricultural production at postharvest level, extens the shelf-life, and preserve the quality of these products. Among the implemented methods, novel data highlight ROS (ozone and hydrogen peroxide) as potent alternatives as food sanitizers with several benefits. Their use prolongs storage time, maintains nutritional attributes, and exerts their action with minimal residues and an eco-friendly profile. our Leveraging hisagricultural experience, he started agricultural and development activities alongside our trade. our business has continuously grown. employs specialized and committed personnel, uses the latest achievements from leading countries, and addresses consumer needs.
